Delivery
Everything you need to know about how Booth orders are delivered.
How your order will be delivered
Courier delivery
Smaller items, parts and boxed products may be sent using a parcel courier service, depending on the size, weight and handling requirements of the order.
Pallet delivery
Larger or heavier equipment may require pallet delivery. This helps protect products during transit and ensures the correct delivery method is applied at checkout.
Booth transport
Eligible trade customers may have access to Booth Transport, depending on account type, order value, delivery location and scheduled availability.
When to expect your order
In-stock items
Where products are in stock, available delivery options will be shown at checkout. Eligible trade customers may also be offered faster delivery options where available.
Lead-time products
Some products can still be ordered when they are out of stock. Where available, the product page will show an estimated lead time based on expected stock availability.
Call for lead time
Some products, including selected cooler equipment, may not show an automatic lead time online. Where this applies, the product page will ask you to contact Booth for current availability.
Split orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and products on lead time, you may be offered the option to split the delivery.
This allows available items to be sent first, with backorder items delivered separately once they are ready.
You may also be able to wait and receive the full order together.
Split deliveries may affect the total delivery cost, as each shipment is calculated according to the products, carrier and delivery method required.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated based on:
- Order weight and size
- Total order value
- Delivery location
- Shipping method required
Final delivery costs will be shown during checkout before your order is confirmed.
